How to Return an Item

- Package the Item Securely and ensure the product is properly protected during transit.
- Ship the Package using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Policy
- Inspection & Approval: Returned items are inspected within 3 business days of arrival, and you will be notified of the outcome.
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days and issued to the original payment method.
- Confirmation: You will receive an email notification once your refund has been completed.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for products that arrive damaged or defective. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and you can choose either a replacement or a full refund; we cover the return shipping in these cases where the item has arrived damaged or defective.
For any other reason — including a different size or variant — we don't offer direct exchanges. Return the original item within 30 days in its original packaging for a refund, then place a new order for the item you'd like.
