How quickly do you respond to inquiries?
We respond to messages and emails in the order they are received and aim to reply within 24 hours during business days.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Once an order has been placed, shipping addresses generally cannot be changed because our fulfillment team begins processing orders within 1–5 business days.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@taavita.com and include your name and order number.
We will do our best to update the address before the order ships; however, we cannot guarantee modifications once processing has begun.
How long is the processing time?
We aim to process and prepare all orders within 1–5 business days.
Many orders are processed sooner, but during busy periods such as promotions, holidays, or peak seasons, additional processing time may be required.

Our fulfillment team operates Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Once your order has been processed, shipping typically takes 1–5 business days.
The total estimated delivery time is therefore usually 2–10 business days.
Will my entire order arrive in one package?
Depending on inventory availability and warehouse locations, your order may arrive in multiple packages.
If this occurs, packages may arrive 1–2 days apart.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you via email.
If the product is not expected to become available within two weeks, a full refund will be issued automatically.
I received a damaged item. What should I do?
We sincerely apologize if your order did not arrive in perfect condition.
