If you received a damaged item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear pictures of the damage. Broken glass or dented shades or frames are not considered defective and cannot be returned. In such cases, we will provide you with a new replacement for glass or shades free of charge. If you do not accept the exchange and wish to return the item, the order will be treated as a return. Please arrange the return shipping, and the shipping costs will be at your expense.
