Broken glass or dented shades or frames are not considered defective items and cannot be returned. In such cases, we will provide you with a replacement for glass or shades free of charge. If you do not accept the exchange and wish to return the item, the order will be treated as a return. Please arrange the return shipping, and shipping costs will be borne by you. After we confirm, you will receive a refund (excluding express shipping costs).
