Yes, you can request a return for any item that is unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition within 14 days of receiving the item (custom items, light bulbs, or three or more identical items are excluded).
2. What happens if I receive a damaged item?
If you have received a damaged item, please include clear images of the damage. Broken glass or dented shades or frames are not considered defective items and cannot be returned. In such cases, we will provide a new replacement for glass or shades at no extra cost. If you do not accept the replacement and wish to return the item, the order will be treated as a return. After confirmation from us, you will receive a refund (excluding express shipping costs).

If you have received the wrong item, please include clear images of the item and its packaging. We will process your claim and contact you as soon as possible regarding the exchange or return.
