Cleaning and Maintenance
Clean with a Hairdryer
Use a hairdryer to remove dust from the rattan lampshade.
Wipe with a Soft Cloth
Take a soft cloth, dip it in water, and wring it out (avoid rinsing directly with water). Gently wipe the surface of the rattan item with the damp cloth (avoid using cleaners or abrasive chemicals).
Recommended Installation Heights
Dining Room
Maintain a distance of 30-36 inches between the bottom of your pendant lamp and the top of your dining table.
Living Room
Ensure a minimum distance of 78 inches from the bottom of the fixture to the floor.
Bedroom
Keep a minimum distance of 78 inches from the bottom of the fixture to the floor.

How long are the shipping times?
We need about 1-5 working days (Mo - Fri) to get your order ready for dispatch, then your order will be on its way for about 1-5 working days (Mo - Fri). The total delivery time is 2-10 business days (Mo - Fri).
Order Cut off time: The processing time for orders placed before 07:00 PM (Canberra - GMT +10) will start on the same day, if that day is a business day (Mo-Fri), for orders placed after 07:00 PM (Canberra - GMT +10) the processing will start the following business day. (Mo - Fri).
Can i return my item?
Of course. You can easily contact us up to 30 days after receiving your
goods & can return your order without giving a reason. Please note, however, that in this case you will have to pay the return shipping
costs. If your item arrived damaged, we will refund you the return shipping costs.
