In such cases, we will provide you with a new replacement for glass or shades free of charge. If you do not accept the replacement and wish to return the item, the order will be treated as a return. Please arrange the return shipping and the shipping costs will be at your expense. Upon our confirmation, you will receive a refund (excluding express shipping costs).
